KPL's work has previously been excellent. Unfortunately, their reliability declined. Over the past few months, they missed appointments without notice and failed to maintain communication. While they cite being "too busy," professional courtesy would include callbacks or advance notifications about scheduling changes. KPL has helped me in the past and done a good job. Recently they are not keeping their appointments and are not staying in contact. This is.a multiple times problem that has lasted over months. They say they are too busy, but even busy people call back or alert you to the fact that they won’t make it. I am disappointed by this change.
They upgraded the service in my house and added outlets to my basement last year. Very pleased with how the jobs went. They also solved a problem with the outlets in my laundry room. They're also coming in to wire up my new business next week and adding the lights and outlets that I will need to get my business off the ground. Emailed about a small electrical job of chasing down a short and installing a 220 volt outlet. They got right back to me, scheduled the job, and completed everything we needed done. Job well done. Marty, Stuart, and Philip were great to work with and it's always great when you find a company that you can trust to do good work.
