Tom is great. All around Great service. Reasonable and he explains what needs to be done. Punctual, too.
Best appliance repair man in the Keewenaw!!! Fast, friendly, and good!
Had him make a visit to our house to look at our fridge and he does not know what he is doing because he had to call GE support to help him troubleshoot the problem and then started guessing at what the problem was and started by putting a part in and said we would have to add parts till he found the problem, So we decided to get a new fridge and he still charged us for his time that did nothing to fix our problem.
Service was excellent. Our refrigerator was a challenge. I'm so glad we called him after another company didn't cooperate with us. Our fridge is finally fixed after 9 qeeks. Thank you!
