I have been a loyal customer to Kewba Pools Erina for a couple of years now with no complaints. I felt the need to write this review to acknowledge the teams dedication to come out and fix a broken pool pump. Unfortuently one of the engineers was stuck on another job so they called me to update me and sent someone else out the same day, who not only fixed the pump but also charged me a very reasonable amount! None of that rubbish of trying to sell me things I didn't need or make up additional items to inflate the price. Comm... read more
Website says open at 0830. When I waited for half an hour (I was accompanied by another lady) and made the owner aware of that he just said everyone knows it’s 0900. I had to push for him to change it it has been updated. No apology nothing.
