1614 Center st. Kewaunee wi. Center Court. Facility announced they will close July 11, 2025. Prescriptions will transfer to Algoma Hometown. Must call Hometown if you want scrips transfed to other locations.

I am so happy to have a pharmacy in my town. I am on several meds and using Optum through my Medicare Advantage Plan, and they were always messing up my refills. The staff at Kewaunee Hometown Pharmacy are always professional and helpful. Thank you!
