I was told by the Food Deli clerk, that I 10.00 on my rewards card, so a or two later, I ordered food and was going to use the 10.00 towards my food, and when I went to apply the 10.00, it was gone, as if they took the 10.00 away from me. When I tried to talk the Northern rewards, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. They also completely changed their Deli menu, and I can not have anything in the Deli, because what they do have now l, I'm allergic to. Very nice room. Food was okay excellent food and service at Black Rock. Played black jack and our dealer Rebecca was amazing! Probably the best dealer I’ve ever had. She was very friendly and interacted great with the players. Will definitely return.
