My sister and I went to the office the door is locked and looked online to see if they was open it says open until 5pm called the office 4-5 times and one last called she answered and I ask if they was open she sounded like she just woke up and she told me on vacation and hanged up I’m glad I’m switching my dad primary care all my sister needed is to drop a paperwork off but nope sooooo unprofessional. Not recommended….
First of all the front desk lady smells so bad, doesnt wear gloves, and cant even speak proper english. She sits on her phone and doesnt even pay attention to me. So the first impression is already bad. I was told by the smelly lady that she was going to be late so i was thinking about 10-15 minutes, but no. It took her 3 HOURS. I left and didnt even trust her with my health. If i could give zero I would. 0 stars dont go here!
Had a 2 pm appointment and at 2:55 the nurse told me Dr. is late another 15 mins, it's up to you if you want to wait or leave. I chose to leave. Not professional at all.
