I saw Dr Gene-Siew Ngian in late 2024 for assistance in diagnosing severe fatigue, joint pain and swelling in my legs. Dr Ngian was quick to dismiss the concerns I had for a possible inflammatory condition and focused on blood tests results without proper consideration for the physical symptoms I had. Dr Gene-Siew is fantastic. They made a big effort to hear me out, investigate every possibility, and explain their thinking along the way. They showed care in my physical exam and patiently answered all of my questions. I came to them for a second opinion after having a bad experience elsewhere and was so relieved. Definitely recommend. The receptionist was also lovely and very helpful!
I was referred by my GP and saw Dr Maree Micallef. I've had several visits over the last year or so, both in person and via telehealth (during the pandemic lockdowns). Dr Micallef is just so transparently knowledgeable and competent, I have become very confident I am receiving the very best standard of care. As well, she is easy to talk with, and very caring in her demeanour. I've also only had good experiences with her office and support staff. Just an outstanding doctor and staff.
