Started going to total dentistry last August as I needed an oral surgeon. I kept two appoint.ents for nothing as they dentures were not back from the lab. The people who work there should have phoned the lab then called the patient. I was told to go to brookly yesterday for ct scan of the head or mouth. I cancelled appt as it was too far for me to travel to brooklyn plus the weather being inclement. I had to pay first before procedures were done plus same being pricy. Usually procedure is done first then the payment is done.... read more
