Refused to pick me up at Laguadia Terminal B because they said it was too crowded. They told me I could walk to another Terminal for pickup. It was not crowded and cars were freely driving by. I will be using alternate transportation from now on. This is the 2nd night in a row that they have done this. It is a shame as I always used them before.
Worst company ever.... always late.... if I could get a penny for every time they say car is 5 minutes away..
