I had a wonderful experience with Dr Richa Sharma. From First visit onwards I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Dr Sharma is professional and took time to listen to my story. Treatment plan was explained in detail to me and it worked wonders. Reception staff was also friendly and supportive and made the appointment smooth. I really appreciate the knowledge dedication and compassion shown and I highly recommend Dr Richa Sharma to anyone looking for excellent medical care. Thanks a lot for improving my quality of life.
I just had a really positive experience with Dr Sharma. She was warm, gave clear advice that made sense to me and provided treatment for my skin issue within my appointment. I’d considered cancelling based on the negative reviews here but this wasn’t my experience at all.
Do not recommend, $340 and i was in there for MAYBE 5 minutes. apparently you have to ask for the comprehensive skin consultation or it won’t be done, make it make sense. i paid 340 dollars to be looked at for 30 seconds the remaining time was me getting undressed and dressed again. there’s no better way to describe this other than theft, people work hard for their money and this is the worst experience possibile. save your money and go elsewhere. $350 appointment. I waited half an hour to go in and was in there for 10 minutes or less. Felt as though dermatologist Dr Joy Yee had better things to do. Super rushed and not very warm. No explanation of prescribed medication. Made me undress in front of her for a full skin check. No gown or respect for privacy. No bedside manner. Won’t be returning.
