Do not recommend, $340 and i was in there for MAYBE 5 minutes. apparently you have to ask for the comprehensive skin consultation or it won’t be done, make it make sense. i paid 340 dollars to be looked at for 30 seconds the remaining time was me getting undressed and dressed again. there’s no better way to describe this other than theft, people work hard for their money and this is the worst experience possibile. save your money and go elsewhere. $350 appointment. I waited half an hour to go in and was in there for 10 minutes or less. Felt as though dermatologist Dr Joy Yee had better things to do. Super rushed and not very warm. No explanation of prescribed medication. Made me undress in front of her for a full skin check. No gown or respect for privacy. No bedside manner. Won’t be returning.
Attended Kew Dermatology with my daughter for an undiagnosed skin condition from an unknown allergy seeking help for answers. The front desk staff were lovely and helpful and that is the only positive thing I have to say.
Dr Joy Lee is incredible at what she does. She is professional, honest, empathetic & experienced. From initial booking to consult the whole team had it easy and pleasant. Sandra at reception helped me with all my questions and concerns from attending my appointment then follow up questions I forgot to mention till after I attended. Both of them have made me feel supported for my treatment. They were able to get me in a great time frame and very patient focused.
