Attended Kew Dermatology with my daughter for an undiagnosed skin condition from an unknown allergy seeking help for answers. The front desk staff were lovely and helpful and that is the only positive thing I have to say.
Dr Joy Lee is incredible at what she does. She is professional, honest, empathetic & experienced. From initial booking to consult the whole team had it easy and pleasant. Sandra at reception helped me with all my questions and concerns from attending my appointment then follow up questions I forgot to mention till after I attended. Both of them have made me feel supported for my treatment. They were able to get me in a great time frame and very patient focused.
Beautiful rooms and fabulous admin staff who always greet you with a smile and a friendly chat
Friendly, efficent and professional. Greatful to Dr Ly and the team who went out of their way to make sure I had adequate care prior to my trip.
