I had to wait about 15 minutes past my appointment time, but the experience overall was great. Dr Khavari and nurse Lily were very helpful and made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my visit. The clinic has a warm and professional atmosphere, definitely recommend!
I had a great experience at Kew City Medical Centre. I first called to check for a GP appointment, and Ms. Grace was very kind and helpful - she clearly explained the charges and process and even shared the online form for convenience. When I arrived, the waiting time was hardly 5 minutes. The clinic is located on the main road in Kew Shopping Centre, very clean and hygienic. Dr. Berk was very professional and listened to me patiently. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience - highly recommend!
