Tony has been exceptionally generous with his time in helping me sort out an issue. Highly recommend.
Do not go to them. Can’t be trusted. Nothing went as planned. I was horrified about the treatment I received when I complained. You can come back with a response and say you have no knowledge of me as you normally do with bad complaints. Do not bother, spend some time on lifting your game and learning about customer care.
Very generous guy helped me without even taking any money. My driver door got stuck due to strong winds. And i end up there somehow, he came down looked at it and fixed it in fraction of second. And didn’t charge me. What a Man. Good company and i will be coming now there for any repairs. I wanted to pay my respect, because he saved my day.
I was really impressed with Tony and the team for the quality of their work in remedying the damage on our RAV4. They were also faster than anticipated and communicated well throughout the process including liaising with our insurance company.
