Moved into my new rental then a month later random pool guys entering my back yard unannounced more than once without any notice or communication! Back yard will now be secured and locked until they decide to act professionally, communicate with customers about any scheduled maintenance and stop trespassing. You guys are lucky I no longer have my German Shepard Bull Mastiff cross!
The team at Kev’s are great. Use them all the time and they always offer friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service. Often stay back to help. We couldn’t maintain our pool as well without them!
Seemed happy to take my money when I was buying chemicals to ‘fix’ my pool, but when I needed more in-depth help with the same problem after the chemicals hadn’t resolved the issues fully, I’ve experienced a lack of communication and nil follow-up. After discussing issue with a gentleman at 9:30 on a Friday morning he assured me that he would talk to the other two team members and come up with a plan for the pool and phone me.
