Doesn't show up when he says he will. Doesn't fix problems he is hired to fix. Blames customer for inadequate repairs and inability to contact during working hours even though attempts weren't made. Customer has to call multiple times to get a return call. Bills for work months after hired even though job not complete. I personally had to hire a different plumber to fix/complete work Kev's Plumbing was hired to do.
