Shocking taxi company. The driver was visibly annoyed as soon as we told him where we were going as he obviously wanted to stay in falmouth on a festival weekend for financial reasons, then he reset the meter at a drop off in Budock Water and charged us the additional £3.20. None of us will be using them again as they employ drivers who try to con people.
Had your taxi firm last night who picked four of us up from The Front back to Longfield and then to Penryn. We were quoted £20. The first couple gave £20 at Longfield but we were still charged another £10 totalling £30 not the £20 which was quoted with the taxi driver informing us there was still £10 left to pay when in fact it had been paid in full. This is disgraceful.
