Kevin at Kevin’s Transmission helped us delay a transmission replacement by using his expertise to extend the life of our 2013 Ford Escape. Since we weren’t ready for the cost of a new transmission, he asked thoughtful questions about the symptoms and found a solution that stopped the second-gear slipping while giving us time to budget for a replacement when needed. I brought my car in to get the transmission fixed. Great customer service, very professional, and Kevin really cares about making sure the problem is fixed right. He called a few days after I picked my car up to make sure it was good. We will definitely take our vehicles to him again when we have a problem
This is the second time over to see Kevin for different things this is probably the best fairest most honest shop I've ever been at and my 40 years of driving if you need someone to take care of your transmission or other small things on the car come by this shop highly recommend it
