These people left two dogs barking at all hours of day and night in their side yard. I lived next door and when I asked them if the dogs had food or water they threatened me and told me to leave and stay away from their tire shop. Again, I lived next door... So for weeks every time I walked by the shop to get home they sent their employees out with phones recording to harass me and threaten me.
