Needed someone to run camera down due to on and off clogged drain. Showed up the first day, stated we had roots, but they didn't have the cutter, they would come back and do that. No showed 3 times, (we had to eventually call to find out why they were not coming) and receptionist was not understanding and very rude on the phone. When asked why they didn't show up, she stated they had buisness in town that do more work with them so they do theirs first.
