Kevin always arrives on time. He is very polite, friendly, and professional. He does a fantastic job cleaning carpets. They always look beautiful when he is done. He has been cleaning our carpets every year for over 15 years. You will be so happy with his results.
We had our sectional sofa and ottoman cleaned, and they look great! The technician was prompt, explained everything beforehand, and was neat and professional.
He was on time, knowledgeable, not pushy just laid out the options and explained what services were available. He was veritably polite and accommodating.( We've four tykes and there was some shuffling to keep them down from the areas he was working in.) He was friendly with discussion, but not exorbitantly chatty.

This is the second time we have used the service of Kevin's Carpet Cleaning Experts. The first time was in the fall to clean fabric dining room chairs and we were so impressed with their expertise, professionalism and integrity we scheduled service today to clean an area rug in our Living Room and a circular rug in our foyer. The results were excellent and we plan to schedule another service call to clean other rugs in the fall.
