I’m very disappointed to find out that the part I was told had been replaced actually wasn’t. I’ve been going to this shop for years and always trusted them—until this last time. I really believed in their work and took pride in supporting a business that had earned my trust. It’s disheartening to feel that trust was lost. Unprofessional, Had a U-Haul reservation today for 3:30pm. I was told the truck wouldn’t be back for hours. I had an appointment scheduled with my leasing office to move today at a set time and now I will likely not make that time. Moving is already stressful enough. Thanks
Never going back there rent an auto transport and having problems getting my money back never use the auto transport it was to small for my truck
