Unprofessional, Had a U-Haul reservation today for 3:30pm. I was told the truck wouldn’t be back for hours. I had an appointment scheduled with my leasing office to move today at a set time and now I will likely not make that time. Moving is already stressful enough. Thanks
Never going back there rent an auto transport and having problems getting my money back never use the auto transport it was to small for my truck

I am truly amazed with the very prompt and cost friendly service I received here!! He didn't try hustling me because I'm a woman and he was really nice overall. Highly recommend
Me and a buddy rented a truck a couple weeks ago. To go get my buddies tools. Nice easy rental process and easy return process. Kevin is a cool guy to talk to. I even came back last week and bought a 5 gallon bucket of laundry soap. Definitely worth it. Would 100% recommend to others. See you in a month for more soap!
