Me and a buddy rented a truck a couple weeks ago. To go get my buddies tools. Nice easy rental process and easy return process. Kevin is a cool guy to talk to. I even came back last week and bought a 5 gallon bucket of laundry soap. Definitely worth it. Would 100% recommend to others. See you in a month for more soap!
Highly recommend! Kevin and the staff were friendly and informative especially for not so car savvy person. They were able to hear my concerns with my car while going above and beyond to get the correct parts, maintaining communication throughout the whole process. They fully inspected my car and informing me of any concerns they saw. Prices were reasonable (main cost is parts but that’s just inflation). I am writing this review with a mix of disappointment and hope. My recent experience with your U-Haul rental service was not up to the standard I have come to expect from your organization. The issue began when I attempted to check in the rental truck electronically from my phone, but the process did not work as expected.
