January 31, 2018......I towed my car in with a transmission and starting problem. . I was told the problem was my starter and a tube had come loose in the transmission. 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee $494 later I was on my way. I might mention that I am handicapped and was not offered help removing the car from the tow bar though an employee outside did help when I picked it up. Well...The problem has returned. I was travelling with my daughter and the driver side window motor broke with my window open... while it was snowing! Thankfully, the mechanics at Kevin's fit me right in. While they were unable to actually get a new motor in the window since I had to leave in a hurry and local parts were not available, they WERE able to get the window shut so I could travel on to Michigan without freezing! I stopped by for what I thought was a transmission problem, they tested the car, did their thing, and I was on my way with no problems! Great service, friendly people. My experience was great!!
