Customer Very rude staff, treated me like I did not know what I was talking about. That's enough asaid to pass the message: do not go there unless no other choice!
Great Customer Service I needed to get our vehicle in quickly, before our vacation, and they did just that, and with a smile. Bill was wonderful. He not only explained to me was wrong, but also gave me the low down of the options we had, and the costs comparisons. I love that he also doesnt charge full retail for the parts he installs, some perhaps, but not all. It really cuts down on the repair costs.
Good Work A little hard to find but worth the search. We have had several repairs on different cars done here and Charlie is always honest and up front with us. We would definetly recommend.
The Most Honest in Town Charlie is a good guy, his shop is a great place! We take all of our cars there and never once, not once, has he ever tried to give us something we don't need. We tell him the problem, he diagnoses it, and fixes it quickly and cheap!!! Go to Charlie's he will become your primary mechanic.
Fair and honest mechanics I have been extremely satisfied with Sundance. They do quality work at a price that won't break your budget. The mechanics are knowledgeable and give you fair honest estimates of what work needs to be done.
J & C Service Great mechanic located right downtown Cass City. Honest people, who do a great job on your car. Prices are going to be similar to any other mechanic, but the nice thing about here, is the honesty. A place where women probably won't get ripped off.
good mechanics If your vehicle breaks down here in Richlands, this is another good service center to take your vehicle for repairs. They are a little bit pricey compared to the other good station, but they service is good and quick. Mechanics are friendly.
Marine Family This is an honest and legit mechanic shop. They care about their customers, and do not rip you off. They are fair and kind and they especially take care of Marines and their families. Very trustworthy!
oil Was in the area for the race, when I noticed my check engine light was on. I stopped at the auto part store and turned my car off. I checked my oil and noticed it was real low, for a little auto store they had many types of oil. I asked what type I should buy and the staff was very helpful. I think I paid alot more than your typical auto store, but I really needed it. I'm glad they were there for me when I needed help.
