Dr. Kevin Dong is by far the best dentist i’ve experienced. I very much trust his advice; he would never suggest unnecessary procedures, and at the same time informs me of all my options in detail. He has gone above and beyond for me- an old failing root canal from a previous dentist led to infection. Not only was he able to see me on short notice, but he also was able to coordinate with his endodontist contacts and oral surgeon contacts that same day and find the absolute best care for me. It took me years to find a good dentist. I live 45-50 minutes away yet I don’t mind making the trip here. Everyone is incredibly nice. Even while doing a painful procedure, they always make sure to make sure you’re in a little pain as possible and explain everything they’re doing. I also really appreciate the transparency with how much my insurance will cover. I never leave worrying about what bill I might get months later.
Dr Kevin Dong and his team are truly top notch. I needed a crown and was very nervous as it was my first experience with dental work aside from fillings. Dr Dong and his assistant, Esther really put me at ease, did an amazing job and there were no surprises. I even tried to point out a tooth to Dr Dong that I thought needed work and Dr Dong studied the tooth and said it has normal grooves and is a healthy tooth and he didn’t recommend any interventions.
