What kind of car dealer does not take 3rd party or outside warranties?! Lazy or incompetent ones I think is the answer. For say they that they only except GM warranty when GM uses Ally for their 3rd part just seems to be loaded garbage
UPDATE: I spoke with a service advisor and they refunded me for the oil change that didn’t happen and verified that the other work was complete. I appreciate their trying to make it right. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance for a repair. When I brought my car in for that repair and an oil change they said they didn’t have the part but would overnight it and I should have my car by the end of the next day. They kept my car for four days and the part never came. They said they would do the oil change and then call me ... read more
