This has to be the worst place in terms of customer service, communication, scheduling etc that i have ever been to. This is my second appointment for a rotator cuff injury that I have waited over an 1 hour and a half past my appointment time to even see the doctor or be serviced! I'm currently waiting to be seen from a scheduled appointment time off 1245pm and it is now 3pm and my procedure has yet to start. First the doctor had no clue what I was at the appointment for, nor did the assistant. Next they had to call in a... read more
Terrible communication. Staff is incompetent, rude, and Ignores you when you walk in and chats with each other, checking you in 20 minutes after you arrive and attempts to cancel your appointment. They have difficulty filling out simple referrals. They don’t return phone calls. Even their own customer experience representatives agreed it is poorly managed. We are moving on to new doctors.
Dr Thomas is very personable. However the results of my skin graft were not good even after 3 laser treatments and 1.5 years.
UT physicians the Heights is not a good clinic to take your kids because the waiting time was very long and there is no communication from its staff
It was absolutely horrible. After seen him 3 times before, gone through PT for months and no resolution , he told me that there was nothing wrong with me physically. In other words, I was making it up, so he told me to learn to live with the pain even though I told him the pain was so bad it made me cry. It turns out I had a torn labrum in my hip. I saw Dr Paul Chin, which I reAlly recommend. He did arthroscopic surgery and replace some of the labrum. Right after surgery my pain was gone. It is a long recovery, but wel... read more
Being that my previous OBGYN had left UT, I was sprung with this man for my usual checkup. Benjamin was terrible. He falsified my chart and caused me hell for about five months. He decided to say i had a disease in correlation with my migraines and took me off of my birth control without even checking up with my neurologist!! If I could sue him, I would. I hope no other woman goes to this man because he will make your life a living hell just because he can. Thankfully, I went to another OBGYN and she helped me with what I or... read more
So my induction was a scheduled for Friday PM. Here we are Sunday and I am still waiting on a call to go in. The office was not much help and I was told if I didn’t get a call from the hospital to call them. I’ve been calling and everyone seems to be rude and no help at all. There are no rooms available is what I keep getting told! Normally for an induction you go in as scheduled from my experience before. Due to my baby’s weight I was supposed to go in Friday to avoid a c-section and be able to push him out. I scheduled ti... read more
He has been my PCP for over 10 years. I would give him 5 stars though he is not aggressive in treatment. Ruby, his assistant, is absolutely the greatest. Office wait is entirely too long. I recommend him highly
