I had been communicating with Dr. Ting and his lvn about chest discomfort. I had a test done that he ordered and the results were normal. So, I left a message on the MyKelsey Chart page inregard to this same matter and never received a response from the specialist or his asst., since that is the protocol for communication. Instead his nurse gives me a call and informs me that he said I need to go through my primary physician. The approach about this was completely against physician and patient communication protocol.
