Kevin and Audrey did an amazing job handling everything getting my mortgage and loan set up.
Kevin was fantastic. Got my loan approved in 3 days when I needed it on a rush. His communication was top notch and really made me feel confident the entire process. He also had better rates and fees than the other 3 lenders I was working with. Lastly, his TC Audrey was the best in the business. She made sure I knew what my deadlines were, what documents were needed, and provided step-by-step assistance in getting the loan across the finish line.
We had to change the contract a couple of times to handle credits for items that needed to be fixed. Kevin was on top of it the whole time and closing went smoothly. I appreciate having someone who stays on top of the issues without me needing to be calling and asking them to do something.
Even with last minute changes due to mishaps by the seller, Kevin made sure the process went smoothly and closing was timely.
