Very happy with the service I always get from State Farm. Sales dept is phenomenal and so is the claims dept.Karen, Mgr in Stamford office, is a true professional. I recommend State Farm to anyone looking either to get a new auto Insurance OR looking for better price and extensive coverage on your car.

Karen O'Grady provides personalized and exceptional customer service! She is on top of every policy detail, and ensures you know what you are paying for (and what you need) even when that means you will purchase less options from State Farm! She is extremely communicative and responsive; it's like having a personal agent who is only working for you! I can't say enough positive things about her--and we would be lost without her (and most likely over-paying). She is top notch in every way!
