Dr Kevin Taylor and his staff make their patients feel like family members. He's not a member of the local "good old boys association" who passes patients off to one of their associates instead of to a Dr more qualified. Dr Taylor listens carefully to my issues with genuine concern and addresses them in easy to understand terms. I most highly recommend Dr KevinTaylor. 5 stars aren't enough for this Dr.
I have never been to such a warm and caring office. The doctor has only 2 staff members Tessa and Kelly, they are to me and my family the most professional and caring staff I have ever encountered. There is no machine to leave a message, this office is all about personal touch. Dr. Taylor is hands on and compassionate. The wait time is a bit more than I liked to wait, but well worth the personal attention you receive. I would highly recommend this office to everyone.
Professionalism and genuine concern for his patients. Already have told several of my friends about him. His Staff is amazing, helpful, understanding and empathic to everyones unique case. Any time I've called they've taken care of me promptly and even Dr. Taylor has called me personally to check on my status. I'm glad to have found such an amazing office. Thank you Dr. Taylor & Staff.
DR.TAYLOR'S STAFF, KELLY AND TESSA WERE VERY RUDE WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT SO NEELESS TO SAY I DID NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I FOUND ANOTHER DOCTOR
I would recommend Dr. Taylor to my family and friends because of his caring in the treatment of me. In my experience with his staff, they have always been friendly and courteous.
After calling from another medical practice, I have spoken with Tessa and Kelly I am not certain of their positions at this office but they are extremely rude and unprofessional. They are not helpful one bit and I am not certain how the doctor is with his patients but if he does not have a polite, positive and helpful staff answering his phone that can kill his business. I would Never recommend anyone to go to this office just based off my experience with these two ladies.
