I have been wearing hearing aids since I was twenty six years old. I think I know a little about what good customer service is. The level of care and education Scheyere Ann from this location is second to none. I recently moved from up north to Florida. At age sixty two things don't work the way they used too. I had a wonderful experience at the Winter Haven office. I brought in one of my Oticons that was not working. Two places in Wisconsin would not or could not fix it. Within 15 minutes the staff in Winter Haven had the problem solved. I was so happy to be using those hearing aides again. Ken S.

I highly recommend Dr. Barlow and his wonderful staff. Dr. Barlow is so patient and knowledgeable, he'll find the perfect fit for you. He stands behind his products and works with you until you are satisfied. His staff is polite, professional, and pleasant. It's been an absolute pleasure doing business with them.
