I want to thank and applaud Arcadia Endodontics not for what they did - but what they didn't do. I had an appointment last Monday for what I thought was going to be a root canal. But after further exam and X-rays, my endodontist determined that a root canal would not help my tooth and sent me back to my primary dentist. He could have easily done the procedure and I would have been out more wasted time and money! Thank you for having integrity and honesty! This was a follow up visit for additional treatment regarding a root canal. The staff is always helpful . This was my second follow-up appointment for an earlier root canal. Dr Anderson is always great with her patient skills . She reviewed the X-ray and went directly to the results. . She discussed the treatment options and referred me back to my dentist. Amazing experience! Didn't feel any pain. The procedure (root canal) started exactly at 2:45pm (scheduled for 2:45pm), and everyone was incredibly nice. I have a lot of anxiety when going to get any dental work done, but my anxiety was put at ease, and I'm very thankful.
