Quite possibly the best experience I’ve ever had. From setting up the appointment with the front office staff to the actual procedure everything went smoothly. The whole team is on the same page and the ease of setting it up was quick and easy. Dr. Axx went over all of my options that included both benefits and risks and what to expect. I was referred here for treatment for a root canal. The initial treatment went well with a very kin dental assistant but once I encountered Dr. Axx the entire experience shifted. I explained my anxiety with dental treatments and thought that I would be treated with kindness and understanding, nope. My anxiety kicked in and instead of letting me pause and catch my breath Dr Axx told me if I didn't sit still and let him work he would pull my tooth out entirely. i am not sure how my original review got deleted but i do not recommend this office at all. i had started a procedure and had a credit. because i waited too long to schedule my next appointment they would not honor the credit. i asked to speak to a manager and basically the FRONT DESK girl would not escalate my complaint and basically told me i was SOL. side note, when they were working on me, i tried to get the doctors attention multiple times that i could feel what they were doing and he completely ignored me. very odd beh... read more
I was seen within a week of requesting an appointment. I was diagnosed estimated and underwent the procedure within two weeks. Dr. Axx capable restored the botched crown and removed infection, saving my tooth. I hold Arcadia Endodontics in very high esteem, I recommend them for all endodontic procedures.
