We went to See Dr. Swong. He was unprepared saw us for 5 minutes, did not examine at all, did not bother with anything. Did not read any of the patient notes and gave some useless advice that my primary care physician would have given. One would think he would look at the spine, but he did nothing. You changed my life Dr Kevin swong I was dealing with a lot of pain and discomfort for past 6 years. My right arm was not going higher than my chest and I couldn't sleep in my back for all of this years. I visited more than 10 specialists no one could help me until dr Kevin did surgery few months ago. Extremely rude - literally yelled things at me - wouldn't let me ask questions
I met Dr. Kevin Swong and his assistant Katherine Schnur today for a 2nd opinion. I was absolutely 100% impressed with both of them. Their knowledge, empathy, professionalism, and general manner was comforting, educational, patient and understanding. I will be moving forward in my decision to have surgery knowing that this team makes me realize that I am in great hands.
