Kevin's name was given to me by a mutual friend. Our business relationship started in early fall (October) and my property was listed by Kevin. He and his organization were prompt with getting my listing up and ready to go. There were a few offers that "died on the vine" but Kevin was always ready to continue to perform open houses and finally get the property sold.
