Kevin kept me up to date on sale prices of homes similar to mine and made helpful suggestions to determine the best listing price for my home. As I live out of state, he sent pictures of areas of the home and property so I could assess any needed repairs. He also provided me with a list of appropriate companies to provide the repairs/maintenance in a cost-effective and professional manner.
