All you guys should file a complaint with the local Police and also with the Ohio Attorney General. I was in such situation few years ago. I just reached out to the cop and filed a complaint and a civil law suit. Few months later Attorney General's office called me and and they took the case over because that contractor was cheating many people and I not only got my money back but that contractor got jail time too.

I cannot express enough do not use him at all. He will promise you so many things and then not deliver . I have a rock wall that is unfinished and a fence that is uneven and not straight and he was given over 6000 and i have part of a deck thats outlined. No lumber or materials here to finish the job so he has all the money and excuses to not come to your house. He was reported to police for behavior and taking money and running. He is not licensed to do work at all. Please dont be another victim.

I WISH I WOULD HAD LOOKED THIS COMPANY UP BEFORE I EVEN PROCEEDED BECAUSE I WOULD NOT HAD BEEN ANOTHER ONE OF KEVIN MCVICKERS SCAM VICTIMS! I reached out to Kevin, July 1, 2018 inquiring about a privacy fence installation that my neighbor and I wanted to split the costs. He came out that same day seemed very professional and reliable, he gave us an estimate, offered us to pay half upfront and he gave a percentage off and the balance would be due after completion of the job.
