Wonderful experience always . Very caring , explains all options in detail Caring helpful staff Always accommodates when I call at short notice Clean environment . Front desk very courteous. Great phone response. Text reminders . I feel confident and safe brining my fur baby and rescues I help others with . Compassion , Proffesionalism, Informative . Above all they care. I went to this Vet on a whim once and never changing vets even though I have a 45 minute drive .
We were seen promptly. The staff was great. Dr. Hodgson really took her time with my dog. Good exam, he's doing so much better today.
Now cooperate ran, the level of service has changed drastically since. It's like a day care with screaming kids, crying babies, my exam was a joke, didn't even catch a few things I noticed. It's like a Mc donalds drive thru, trying to get as many in as possible. Use to be very nice, professional and cared but not anymore. Also have to go to New Orleans for any after hour care or weekends. Only Welther in houma is not bought by this cooperate conglomerate.
I've gone to Marcello's for over 25 years. And boy have things changed. They are so very Rude now. Get mad at you for not wanting to use their dog foods. Did nothing in way of an actual exam. Would get the same results going to a pet store ams getting vacc
