I saw this doc for an injury that has changed my life. For less than a 10 min first time visit. This doctor sat on the exam table and each time I tried to tell him what happen he kept interrupting. I later was able to look at his notes which were all lies this man didn’t lay one figure on me but stated he did a head to toe exam. He sat on the exam table the whole time while I sat in the chair. This man has terrible bedside manner.
A+ The customer service and care I received was wonderful. I will recommend Dr. Ladin to all my family and friends.
I trust the physician with my care. He's very good at what he does. I have to give 1 star for the practice. Quite frankly I'd give zero due to his snooty, unprofessional, and clearly uneducated staff CONSISTENTLY that mess up on... pretty much everything! The office manager will say anything to "CYA" with zero logic or sound reasoning. It's rather ridiculous. The level of incompetence with the practice is a major deterrent. Great physician with a staff ruining his practice like a circus. Sad.
