Dr. Rufner is pretty much as described by most reviews! He took the time to listen to my situation. In addition, he was making notes as we talked. Then, he asked questions that identified (for me) exactly what was happening, as well as what might be causing it, in details that I could comprehend.. Dr. Rufner has great listening skills and is thorough in his caring for my husband.
Wonderful staff and Dr Rufner has awesome bedside manner. He takes the time to fully listen and explain everything needed. He even draws pictures. I love that. If you need a GI dr. He is it!
