Very unorganized check in and check out. The nurse was rude. Behind the nurses station, a nurse had her apparently sick dog lying on the floor. No place for an animal to be kept, in a professional Medical Center. Dr. Kruse was nice, the Cardiology unit needs updating and more organization, and a friendlier staff.
Anne is very rude! She refused to assist me in finding out my test results. She wouldn't even transfer my call!
I made a new patient appointment for chest cramping, he refused to see me unless I went to my PCP and have PCP write in my chart that I am having chest cramping. My insurance does not require and authorization and I cannot afford to pay copays to different doctors.
