I had a great experience Nai. She is professional, patient, and took the time to explain all my options clearly. Her prompt responses and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated her excellent customer service and would highly recommend.
I recently received a notice from State Farm that my homeowner's insurance was increasing due to catastropic events. I called the agent there and she answered the phone immediately and gave me an exact a quote of what it would mean. I felt the quote was reasonable. However, she said she would give me various scenarios to reduce my payment. I was very impressed with the service, with the fact that my call was answered immediately, and how efficient the service was. It was the best service I have had in years.
Erin was so helpful in making the decision to switch insurance companies. Listening to what I was looking for helping me adjust I thought I or wanted needed actually needed . Coming below over $200 for better cover than what I’m presently paying for now.
