I switched back to an Agent company after a horrible experience with USAA getting a new roof. I was a first time home owner I thought USAA would steer me through the process. I used one of their premium providers Re-Roof America. In the end I got a less than par roof . I switched to State Farm Jeff Strickland Agency had Jeff until he passed from Cancer.
