Dr. Phelps is an excellent Doctor. He cares about his patients and tries not to do unnecessary surgeries. I highly recommend him, his team and the office staff.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Phelps. My original trauma surgery was done by Dr. Sims. This visit was for a follow up and evaluation of the progress of my healing. Dr. Phelps and his team were very attentive and thorough with their review of my current state of my ankles. I was very assured about my healing and progress!
Great surgeon. He will really take time with you. He goes out of his way to explain everything with you. He is very skilled in the operating room.
