Some of the folks in the Dunn office are very rude to the patients, including Dr. Perry. Very unprofessional group of folks. They need to understand elderly people don't understand or hear everything they are trying to say. It takes patience to deal with the elderly. You don't just treat them like trash.
Charged 432.00 for a visit to review my blood work, and he reviewed the old one again instead of the new one. Was still charged for the visit, and had a rude assistant call me 2 days later trying to make up for it and make excuses... Not the service I paid for. Don't pay for incompetence.. A simple I am sorry, I messed up, would have went a lot further. Wonderful people working for him.... Just not his assistant or him. Would strongly suggest finding another Urologist
