Rude front desk staff, specifically Tracy. She hung up on me and refused to discuss in detail a statement that was made on the phone. Dr.Mischley and my hygienist have been nice in the past.

Dr. Kevin Mischley is hands down the best dentist in Walpole and the entire Greater Boston area. I drive 30 mins out of my way, even after moving multiple times, to continue seeing Dr. Mischley. I had a bad experience in the past, my last dentist didn’t listen when I said I was in pain during a procedure. Mischley listened the first time I saw him and ended up noticing that it was the anatomy in my jaw that was causing the novocaine to not work properly. Imagine that? I won’t be changing dentists again! I He listens and knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend him, 10/10!
