Dr. Kern is the BEST! I have actually never made review before, but for Dr. Kern and his incredible staff, I had to! I went to his new Elk Grove clinic off of Meacham Road, and I was so impressed. The office is beautiful, welcoming and runs so smoothly. Dr. Kern takes his time to fully explains every part of the process and ensured that I am completely informed of what is to happen next. I had a wonderful experience here, coming from a previously traumatizing experience in a vein clinic in Florida I was super nervous for the procedures. Dr. Kern and his staff really put me at ease with their very informative care & easygoing personalities. He chose his team right!! Before the procedures even begin Dr. Kern explains everything that is about to happen & why it needs to happen.
