I take my children here all the time, but it is my first time as an adult visiting. They are always quick, for an urgent care, and always have excellent doctors on Call that know what they’re talking about and doing. The doctor I had is an ER doc and Although my fracture was complicated, Dr Docyk took the time to show me and explain exactly what I did, what intermediate care I needed to take while I wait to get in with an ortho, and steps moving forward. Out of the many times I have been here, this is the one time that the doctor just rubbed and gave me a shot and sent me on my way. Didn’t even check out all of the reasons I was there. I was very unhappy with this last visit!
I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. Receptionist was cheerful & professional. Dr. D was available promptly. Relaxed, observant, and a good listener, he quickly assessed my condition and presented options. I really appreciated his participative healthcare approach. Office visit was brief but comprehensive, and I walked out with prescriptions and treatment plan/visit notes. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the Pelham clinic.
The doctor came in pretty quick and was very helpful. The nurse was not very friendly. I called back that evening with a question and no one called me back until the next day and it was the same nurse. She was even more irritable this time.
Got right in and saw the Doctor was out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks
