Never get to see him,but once a year.
while I really like Dr. Ohayon, the staff that he has picked leaves a lot to be desired. I'm almost always on hold for over 5 min and many times transferred to an extension that doesn't work. Also, this guy Matthew is so incredibly rude and not only with me but I've heard him with other patients as well. He's condescending and really likes to just blame patients for not seeing things his way. It's such a hassle to switch so I stuck it out for a while, but eventually I just couldn't take it.
Very kind and patient. Would recommend him highly.
The office is modest and the front desk could probably be a little more friendly (smiles greeting) owever the Dr. Himself is extremely kind caring and calm. The nurse while young and not super outgoing in the beginning is really very nice once you talk to her and she is very good at what she does (in my case drawing blood). I would recommend this office but I would say don't judge by the front desk as they are dealing with insurance and multi tasking and not as people oriented as I am used to.
Dr. Ohayon always takes the time to listen carefully and ask follow up questions to get to the root of my issue. He pays attention to how the whole body functions together and doesn't just try to treat each symptom as a separate problem. He's also both really smart and very kind. He sees me, my kids and my parents and it's obvious his good hearted nature comes across to people of any age.
Dr. Ohayon is my family doctor and recommend him completely. He has a kind and caring attitude which makes it easy to speak to him and he gains your trust, too. He is an excellent doctor, very professional, with a friendly and positive support staff.
Dr. Ohayon provides an excellent service to me and my family. He is very patient and takes the time to educate me and my family about the treatment plan. He has a pleasant disposition and provides his patients with quality care. He listens and explains very well. Nurse/Staff is super friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean and well prepared. Highly recommended!!
Dr. Ohayonot is a fabulous doctor who takes his tone and is thorough in finding your problem and a solution. Unfortunately, the staff is rude and very unfriendly. It's sad to see such a shining star get tarnished by all the crud he calls employees.
