Dr. Kevin Nixon has been my son's doctor since he was 2 days old and not once have I ever had a complaint about Dr. Nixon he is always in a great mood. He always takes the time to make sure that me and my son both understand what he is saying and doing and he is always very thorough with his exams. Even after we moved from Canton to Tyler where there are plenty of other doctors we could go to I choose to drive the 45 mins back to Canton for Dr. Nixon
