Extremely unprofessional. Had an appointment set up for 11am on a Saturday. Called the Wednesday before the appointment to set up and spoke to Cindy. She booked me, explained it would $180 for the initial visit and $40 any visit after. I go to the office and they're closed. Despite their window advertising they're open Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. I called this office because their location is near my home. I was told by the woman who answered the phone that Kevin Nguyen takes insurance and I made an appointment. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted by another woman who told me the business does not take insurance; they only accept direct payment from clients. She said the woman I spoke with originally made a mistake. She also said that she was a chiropractor herself and could treat me for $80, while Kevin Nguyen would charge more for services.
