I am extremely disappointed with my experience with my local State Farm agent Jessica Sanchez. Personal information that should have remained confidential was shared without my knowledge or consent. When working with an insurance agent, trust and discretion are essential. Customers provide sensitive information with the expectation that it will be handled responsibly and privately. Christian was great he went above and beyond to make sure that i got in contact with the claims department to help me secure my payment. Also there was a fello female employee who also help me with adjusting my insurance so I can save money.
