Have been with them for 12 years. Have no issues, but will say that the last two months there's an issue with them answering the phones. The last two months I've had to make my payments I have to call two days before anywhere from 2 to 4 times a day. No one answers or calls back. When I check on Google it says they're opened. It's hard for me to get to their office to make a payment in person so I have found that over the phone works better, but these last two months not so much.
Every call has been fabulous. Karina is so helpful!! One of the most remarkable customer service experiences across any business. True to the jingle- like a good neighbor.. State Farm is THERE. With a quickness!! I’ve lived my life on easy mode as far as anything insurance goes ..
